Castle Global is a deep learning company focused on visual intelligence problems. It builds machine learning platforms for generating and labeling unstructured visual data on a massive scale.
It uses convolutional neural networks on image and video recognition , a distributed workforce of human workers that label millions of items daily and large scale consumer applications that generate data and act as testing grounds for the company's machine learning algorithms.
One of its product is Hive AI, a full stack deep learning platform composed of data labeling, custom model building and complete enterprise software as a service (SaaS) solutions. Large companies use Hive AI to incorporate deep learning solutions into their workflow. Machine learning models are embedded into enterprise applications solutions to solve mission-critical and high impact problems in different domains.
Castle Global is funded by leading investors Founders Fund of Peter Thiel, General Catalyst and Formation 8.
Kevin Guo and Dmitriy Karpman founded Castle Global in 2013. It is based in San Francisco, California and Gurgaon, Delhi, India.
