Calendly is a developer of a subscription-based scheduling software designed to schedule meetings without the back-and-forth emails. The company is based in Atlanta and was founded in 2013 by CEO Tope Awotona.
Calendly works with personal calendars and customizes schedules based on availability preferences and time-zone detection. The integration works to save users time, control their schedule and prevent last-minute meetings and scheduling conflicts through buffer times, daily limit and secret event types.
Through Calendly, users can set meeting types, notifications types, meeting limits and buffers, minimum scheduling notice, and also offers users customizations to their settings and meeting types to better align their needs with Calendly.
Calendly works with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Office 365 Calendar, and Apple's iCloud Calendar. Calendly also offers an API for users to create a custom integration with their product.
