How does it work?

Couriers on bicycles deliver orders from Darkstore. Darkstore is like a store: there are shelves of goods and refrigerators. The order is picked up in 2-5 minutes, it takes another 5-20 minutes for delivery.

Rodion Shishkov is the cofounder of the express food delivery service Samokat. Shishkov is used to starting a new business every three to four years and immersing himself in the unexplored and unfamiliar. That was the case with several of his own businesses, that was the case at Yota, where he was in charge of innovation, and that was also the case at Russian Post, where he was called to transform the lumbering state machine. However, the steepest turn in Shishkov's life happened almost by accident, in 2017, when he made an app for business center tenants with a set of basic services on a dare. The startup later transformed into Samokat, the fastest-growing company in Russian food tech.

Career:

Vitaly joined Citimobile in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer. In October 2019, Vitaly was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and throughout 2020 was the VRIO CEO of the company. In March 2021, Citimobile announced the appointment of Vitaly Bedarev as CEO.

Prior to joining the company, Vitaly was general manager of the Uber service in Moscow. He began his career at the consulting company Strategy Partners Group, where he rose from intern to director, and then held management positions at several technology startups in the fields of medical technology and online travel.
