У липні 2013 року товарний знак (бренд) DOM.RIA був зареєстрований Відомством інтелектуальної власності Європейського Союзу, а у 2014 — і в Україні.

dom.ria.com — єдиний домен, на якому розміщується DOM.RIA. Перше сповіщення домену dom.ria.com відбулося в 2013 році.

Представництво компанії знаходиться у Таллінні.

Заходи

За підтримки ресурсу щорічно проводиться Всеукраїнська конференція ріелторів, у листопаді 2014 року у Києві у ній взяли участь 107 представників. 2015 року конференцію відвідало 230 ріелторів. Сайт регулярно проводить семінари для ріелторів і агентств.

У лютому 2016 року пройшла регіональна конференція у Хмельницькому. Сайт також проводить дослідження ринку нерухомості.

Мобільний додаток

Сайтом розроблено додатки для iOS та Android, вони є спільними для сайтів DOM.RIA та RIA.com. Додатки встановлено більше 800 тис. разів. В квітні 2017 року портал запустив мобільний додаток DOM.RIA для Android.

Each BTC / ETH / USDT / USDC Lending batch runs for 28 days, starting and ending on a Friday.

The base return of BTC / ETH / USDT / USDC Lending is guaranteed (see below). There may be potential bonus returns if the spot price of BTC / ETH gets within a certain price range.

There are various forms of consensus building and thus, consensus processes. In addition to Proof-of-Work (PoW), there is also Proof-of-Stake (PoS) — these are the two most commonly used and well-known ways to reach consensus on a decentralised blockchain network. When using Proof-of-Stake, this means putting coins or tokens into so-called "nodes" to verify transactions for cryptocurrencies utilising the Proof-of-Stake consensus mechanism. What exactly are Decentralized Assets on Cake DeFi?

Decentralized Assets on Cake DeFi such as dTSLA are in fact nothing else than cryptocurrencies and can be minted (created) by anyone on the DeFiChain blockchain.

The price of dTokens like dTSLA is determined by supply and demand and can be traded on a decentralized exchange (DEX). What makes them interesting, though, is that the price may not necessarily be correlated to the rest of the crypto ecosystem, but rather to real world assets.

If, for example, you invest in dTSLA, then you are not investing into the real TSLA stock, but you are rather investing into a digital token that is likely to follow the price of TSLA amongst other variables. As such, dTSLA is a decentralized asset, created by anyone and backed by nothing else but cryptocurrencies such as DFI, BTC or stablecoins like USDT or USDC.

6. Freezer

The Freezer can be described as a loyalty program that rewards you for committing your funds with Cake DeFi for a certain period of time, ranging from just 1 month up to 10 years. It is available for funds allocated to the Staking & Liquidity Mining products.

The regular freezer gives you up to an 85% rebate on the fees Cake DeFi takes. The 5 year and 10 year DFI Staking freezer is a little different, due to the funds being locked on the DeFiChain blockchain itself. In turn, users can receive up to 2x the regular staking rewards.
