Dmitriy Slastin

Brian is OpenSea's first CFO. Previously, he was Lyft's CFO and helped scale its business, raise $7 billion of capital, and reach Adjusted EBITDA profitability. Brian’s experience spans over 25 years, including corporate officer roles at Microsoft and Walmart. He also spent over a dozen years as an investment banker, most recently as Senior Managing Director at Evercore Inc.

Alesia J. Haas has served as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2018. Prior to joining us, Ms. Haas served as the Chief Financial Officer for Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. (formerly Och Ziff Capital Management Group LLC), a global institutional alternative asset manager, from December 2016 to April 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Haas served in various leadership positions at OneWest Bank, N.A., a commercial bank, from March 2009 until shortly after its acquisition by CIT Group Inc. in December 2015, including most recently as its Chief Financial Officer from January 2013 until the acquisition. Ms. Haas currently serves as a member of the board of directors of ANGI Homeservices Inc., an internet services company, and previously served as a member of the board of directors of Sears Holding Corp., a retail holding company, from February 2016 to December 2016. Ms. Haas holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Brandon’s skillset was honed in market intelligence and consultancy. He has extensive experience in enterprise software, enterprise data management, AI, and blockchain sectors. As CardStarter’s Chief Operating Officer, Brandon heads the CARDS Accelerator program (CAP). He facilitates partnerships between various blockchain projects, marketing partners, and VCs within the CardStarter, Cardano, and Ethereum ecosystems.

Aatash discovered early on that he was an efficient developer; He created his first Proof of Work (PoW) coin in 2013. Most of his years were spent under different pseudonyms while heading advisory positions on multiple leading blockchain solutions. Additionally, he has supported Communication and Marketing for projects helping them grow to above $350 million in market capitalization. Aatash is also recognized as a modern voice in crypto advertisement and can be heard speaking on many notable project campaigns and topics. He will support CardStarter in playing a major role through revolution and public adoption of Decentralized assets.

Rafael Melo co-founded the companies behind the greater Crypto.com brand in June 2016 and serves as the CFO of the Crypto.com group, Mr. Melo built his career in finance in a variety of industries including aerospace, payments, and e-commerce.

Mr. Melo previously was the Regional Finance Director for the Asia Pacific region for Embraer, aBrazilian aerospace conglomerate listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Thereafter, he joined Mastercard as the CFO of one of Mastercard’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Mobile Payment Solutions. After 3.5 years at Mastercard, Mr. Melo joined Ensogo in July 2014 as its CFO before leaving the company in founding the companies behind Crypto.com

Mr. Melo is a CPA, holds a Finance MBA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, the largest federal university in Brazil

Matthew brings with him over 15 years of experience as an executive in IT strategy and cybersecurity. A former CTO of a multinational enterprise software company focused on monitoring, cybersecurity and compliance, he led the organization to win multiple back-to-back industry awards. He is also a former CIO of a multi-strategy asset managementcompany regulated by the HK SFC, and has experience advising international clients such as Baker McKenzie, RBS, Credit Suisse and Honda.
