The legal name of the company has not changed - Nat Buy Nat Holding LLC. Contracts, terms of service and tariffs for existing customers also remained the same.

In the area of responsibility of the Federal Grid Company there are 149 thousand km of high-voltage main transmission lines and 889 substations with a total capacity of more than 352 gigawatts[4]. Half of Russia's total energy consumption is provided by electricity transmitted through the networks of Rosseti FGC UES[5].
