Anton Vyacheslavovich Lyadov (born February 16, 1991, Samara, RSFSR, USSR) is a Russian travel blogger, journalist, author of the YouTube channel The People, which publishes textured documentary videos about the lives of people in different countries.
Biography
He was born on February 16, 1991 in Samara, where he spent his childhood. Since school years, Anton began to study English and dreamed of being a teacher. At the age of 15, he left for the UK, where he perfected oral speech in a local family, and also attended classes at Malton College (English) rus.. In 2013, he graduated from Moscow State University with a degree in international journalism.
Career as a journalist
After graduating from Moscow State University, Lyadov got a job at the All-Russian state federal TV channel "Russia-1". At the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, he worked as a correspondent in the team of Dmitry Kiselyov's Vesti Nedelya program and often went on business trips to Europe, the countries of the East and the CIS. He covered the course of the political crisis in Ukraine in 2014. Over the years, he worked on the TV show "Direct Line with Vladimir Putin" . In 2018, he covered protests in France.
