WRVI Capital was a venture capital firm headquartered in Menlo Park, California. It was founded in 2012 by technology executive and HP board member Lip-Bu Tan, construction technology executive Michael Marks, and technology fund manager Nicholas Brathwaite. The company made capital investments in technology companies based in the United States, the United Kingdom, India, Israel, China, Korea and Japan. It has made investments through two funds in the artificial intelligence, automotive, connectivity, data center, healthcare, construction technology, food technology, imaging, Internet of Things, robotics, security, software, and semiconductor sectors.
In 2019, WRV Capital partnered with one of Lip-Bu Tan's other funds, IndusAge Partners, to form WRVI Capital.
