Products

General Liability

General Liability coverage covers when someone claims advertising injury, a customer gets hurt by a product, a visitor gets injured at the company's office, or a visitor's property is damaged. Includes Product and Completed Operations , Personal & Advertising Injury , Damage to Rented Premises , Premises and Operations.



Business Property

Business Property is sold with General Liability coverage, in a combination referred to as a "Business Owner Policy." Includes Business Income Interruption and Extra Expense , and Off-premise Business Personal Property.



Cyber Coverage

Covers expenses to respond to a breach with services provided by Mullen Coughlin as well as subsequent litigation.



D&O (Directors and Officers)

Protection for Directors (i.e. board members) and Officers if someone pursues claims for mismanagement or breach of fiduciary duty.



E&O (Errors and Omissions)

Protection for when customers make claims regarding service misrepresentation.



Employment Practice Liability (EPL)

Covers startups from employment-related claims including issues related to alleged discrimination or harassment.



Employee Benefits Liability

If a mistake is made in the administration of an employee benefit program, this coverage protects from related litigation.



Fiduciary Coverage

Protect company Officers for claims alleging breach of fiduciary duty related to employee benefits programs.



Hired & Non-Owned Auto

If anyone on the team drives for business purposes, whether using their own car or a rented car, the company can be held liable in the event of an accident.
