Vilho Väisälä (28 September 1889 – 12 August 1969) was a Finnish physicist, born in Kontiolahti, Finland. He held Finnish citizenship and was educated at the University of Helsinki. He died in Helsinki.
Throughout his career, Väisälä specialized in the field of meteorology. He was the founder of Vaisala, a company which produces environmental and industrial measurement products and services. Väisälä's doctoral advisor was Ernst Leonard Lindelöf.
