Velcron is a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange utilizing state channels with multiple participants that was headquartered in Hong Kong, Hong Kong and was founded in 2017 by Kenta Iwasaki. State channels are required to be opened and closed on the Ethereum blockchain between to trading parties for a fee. When state channels are open between two parties they are referred to as deferred state deltas that are propagated off-chain and can perform an unlimited amount of transactions quickly and for very low fees.
