The companies digital assistant offers the following features: advanced gesture & action recognition, natural conversation, touchless interaction, face-to-face conversations. Their digital assistant requires a GPU-powered computer with a camera and microphone, and uses the Unity game engine for 3D rendering.
On May 25, 2016 Twenty Billion Neurons completed their seed funding round with $2.5 million in funding from private investors in New York City.
On September 26, 2018 Twenty Billion Neurons completed their series A funding round with $10 million in funding from M12, Microsoft's venture fund, with participation from Coparion, Creative Edge, and MFV Partners. The company plans on using the funding to scale its business to reach more customers.
