Tribe's 3D Secure solution includes a verification step into the payments process for security. It is utilized for online transactions, whether carried out on a desktop, tablet, or mobile phone. The application of the solution to a payment transaction requires users to complete an extra step to confirm who they are.
The process can be completed through a one-time password via SMS or the use of biometrics via mobile. Tribe's Fraud & Risk Monitoring solution works in conjunction with its authorization engines to screen transactions. Its core platform, ISAAC, works across issuing and acquiring, and its solutions include fraud detection.
