The Good Food Institute is a Washington, D.C. based 501(3)(c) nonprofit that offers strategic support to and lobbying on behalf of meat alternative companies, such as clean meat, plant-based meat, and clean eggs and dairy. GFI was founded in February 2016.
GFI aims to find the regulatory pathway forward for clean alternatives once they are introduced commercially and to help companies producing alternative proteins market their products.
