The Cube Rule of Food identification was first outlined in a tweet by @Phosphatide (a then 25-year-old man named Brandon) and expanded into the cuberule.com website by Andre Arko. It defines the type of food by the location of starch elements that are structural to the food. (Such as bread, crusts, etc.)
