Tatiana has been working in the field of logistics for over 25 years. Prior to joining Magnit, for many years she held senior positions in various logistics companies.
From 2005 to 2008 worked as Logistics Director at Univeg Logistics, a center providing logistics services to the largest Russian retail companies.
From 2012 to 2020 headed the warehouse logistics division of MGL Metro Group Logistics (Noginsk).
In September 2020, she was appointed Logistics Director at Magnit Pharma. Tatyana's area of responsibility is: development of the Company's logistics strategy, operational and strategic management of transport and warehouse logistics, analysis and optimization of logistics processes.
Tatiana is an expert in logistics and quality management processes such as:
- continuous improvement of processes, quality and operating costs
- implementation of Lean practices
- development and implementation of WMS, YMS (Yard management system), CMS (Claims management system, Claims management system)
- transport logistics
- design and remodeling of warehouses.
Education:
In 1990 Graduated from the Russian Academy of Economics. G.V. Plekhanov with a degree in Commodity Science and Organization of Trade in Food Products and postgraduate studies at the Russian Academy of Economics. N.V. Plekhanov. Candidate of Technical Sciences.
From 1994 to 2019 completed training and internship under the Erasmus programs (Amsterdam Free University, Logex (Holland logistics organization), Agro Trainingcentrum (ATC), Kaizen Institute and General Electric Academy (Russia).
He is a member of the coordinating community of logistics professionals, an expert in the joint development program SCH Ltfders (2018-2020)
