Sunlight is a company that helps other companies grow by instilling a learning culture into them. The company was founded in 2016 by Carlos Lagrange, and Juan Andres Lagrange Delfino, in San Francisco.

Sunlight is able to expand a team's success by giving access to any book, event, or course in the world. The culture that the company introduces offers professional employee learning and development, and encourages staff to take proactive steps towards their own professional developments. The platform allows businesses to choose set amount budgets for each individual team member. Once an employee has selected their learning materials, and they have been approved, the team member is able to make a learning playlist.

Learning through Sunlight doesn't restrict staff from using materials found outside Sunlight's library. The platform, along with the Sunlight learning and development team, can order products outside of the Sunlight marketplace, as well as accept development recommendations. Sunlight also offers free and paid resource materials in its marketplace to ensure teams with small budgets can still benefit from the platform.
