StartUp PHL is a venture capital firm created by the City of Philadelphia Department of Commerce and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation to invest in seed and early stage companies within the city. Founded 2012 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, the company invests in pre-seed, seed and angel rounds.
