According to Article 3 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, Article 474.1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, Article 45 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation, an application, complaint, presentation and other documents may be filed with the court on paper or in electronic form, including in the form an electronic document signed with an electronic signature in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, by filling out a form posted on the official website of the court in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" and implemented by applying the "Procedure for filing documents in federal courts of general jurisdiction in electronic form, including including in the form of an electronic document”, approved by the Order of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated December 27, 2016 No. 251.

From May 12, 2020, the activities of the court to review cases in all types of legal proceedings are resumed.
In order to ensure the safety of persons in the courthouse and prevent infection and the spread of coronavirus infection, in pursuance of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 316 dated May 11, 2020 "On determining the procedure for extending measures to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in connection with spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)," letter of the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2020 No. SD-AG / 667, resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan dated May 10, 2020 No. 374 subject to the following requirements:
- entrance to the court building is carried out 15 minutes before the start of the court session in order to avoid mass gatherings of people and in compliance with the social distance between them of 1.5-2 m.;
- to enter the court building, participants in court sessions must present an identity document, a court notice (SMS notification, summons);
- at the entrance to the court building, the participants in the proceedings are required to wear medical masks and gloves, which the participants in the court sessions provide for themselves, as well as pass the "entrance control", which includes non-contact control of body temperature.
In the presence of a temperature of 37.0 and above, as well as in case of refusal to measure temperature, lack of medical masks and gloves, participants in court sessions are not allowed into the court building.
Court attendance is prohibited if symptoms of COVID-19 and acute respiratory viral disease are present.
- Persons who are not participants in court sessions will not be temporarily allowed into the court building.
At the same time, from May 12, 2020, the previously suspended personal reception of citizens by the leadership of the court, as well as the personal reception of applications, complaints and other procedural documents are not carried out.
