Shift is a company that looks to provide talent development for military veterans as well as new pathways for out of service programs. The company was founded by Mike Slagh in 2016, in San Francisco, California, United States.

The company provides programs that helps build data models to predict job matches and opportunities. They provide retired or transitioning military members with technology internships. Their programs range from three to six months in length and include applicants that work in Silicon Valley while maintaining military pay and benefits.
