This service is also capable of tracking trends in calls so that customer service representatives can respond appropriately. 



Sentient Automate is an automated platform that handles redirected calls for specific use cases. It is meant to reduce call volume and cost incurred by having to use manpower. This technology can work in conjunction with Sentient Analytics, which provides insights to it.
