Richard Grant White

Richard Grant White (born May 23, 1822, in New York City) was a United States journalist and writer. He was educated at New York University and Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School. Throughout his career, he held occupations as a journalist and writer. White held citizenship in the United States.

He later died on April 8, 1885, in New York City. Richard Grant White was also the father of Stanford White, a notable architect.
