On October 1, 2016 Repl.it announced raising an undisclosed amount of seed funding from Reach Capital, Bloomberg Beta, and Paul Graham.
On January 5, 2018 Repl.it announced raising a second seed funding round with $120,000 in funding from Y Combinator and Amino Capital after participating in Y Combinator's YC W18 accelerator program.
On October 22, 2018 Repl.it announced raising their third seed funding round with $4.5 million in funding from Andreessen Horowitz (lead investor), Bloomberg Beta, Reach Capital, and Y Combinator. At the time of their third seed funding round the company also announced they have one million users using their platform and have shipped over 250,000 websites and application since launching their hosting platform in March 2018.
