Once the user has selected a professional for help, they can connect using the app and chat, send pictures, videos, or start a video service call. The professional can aid the users by giving cost estimates and advising for further action for the project at hand. Payment for the professionals' expertise can be made through the app and the user can rate the professional on a scale of one to five stars.
