QSI is proposing to adapt its commercialized digital-twin driven intelligent system fault management TEAMS toolset for improving aircraft flight line and depot maintenance. QSI’s adapted TEAMS toolset will provide a systematic, comprehensive, aircraft health-condition informed, guided maintenance process through the use of failure-scenario specific and user-skill specific TEAMS-generated optimized troubleshooting decision tree. Adoption of TEAMS technology will significantly improve the effectiveness and timeliness of aircraft flight-line and depot maintenance leading to a direct impact on aircraft mission readiness, availability and aircraft life extension and sustainment. QSI will utilize the Phase 1 period of performance for need identification, design specific adaptations to TEAMS toolset that meet those needs and identify and develop specific technology evaluation related performance metrics or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that quantify the benefits of the proposed technology adoption. QSI will, accordingly, actively consult both AF Air Mobility Command and Air Logistic Complex End-Users and Customers, as identified in the Phase 1 proposal, seek their buy-in and create the foundations for a comprehensive Phase 2 trial of the adapted TEAMS technology.
