Phat Le is an American entrepreneur that was born in Vietnam and raised in America. He is the Founder and CEO of Noots.

Prior to Noots, Phat studied aerospace engineering with a scholarship from the US Navy for two and a half years before dropping out at the age of 19. Since dropping out, Phat was a biohacking coach and has founded a company and led product teams that used big data and artificial intelligence to make the automotive industry more efficient. Phat is a self-taught UI designer, software engineer, and product manager. Outside of work, Phat likes biohacking, tennis, snowboarding, art, music, traveling, and adrenaline sports.
