Article

Oxford Enhanced Medical developed an electromagnetic imaging (EMA) device that is portable and similar in size to an Ultrasound transducer. The device can obtain high resolution images that allow tissues to be distinguished quickly and safely.

The company aims to improve early cancer diagnostics. Clinical trials are planned to take place in Canada.

RTC Innovation worked with Isis Innovation (now called Oxford University Innovation) to obtain a £1m investment for the University of Oxford spin-out.
