Johan Ohlsson (Swedish. Johan Olsson; b. March 19, 1980, Skultuna, Vestmanland) is a Swedish skier, two—time Olympic champion in the relay (2010 and 2014), two-time world champion. In total, during his career, he won six medals at the Olympic Games and eight at the World Championships.
He finished his career in the spring of 2017.
Sports career
Ohlsson has competed in cross-country skiing at the junior level since 1998. In 2001, he made his debut in adult competitions.
He participated in the Olympic Games three times. At the 2006 Turin Olympics, he won a bronze medal in the 4×10 km relay, and took 6th place in the 15 km race. At the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, he became the Olympic champion in the relay for the first time. In the 30 km race (15 + 15), he was the first for a long time, with a maximum gap of 25 seconds from the group of pursuers, but he did not hold the lead and eventually took third place. Olsson was also third in the final 50 km race. At the finish line, a fight began to flare up between him and Swiss Dario Cologna when Cologna tried to catch up with Ohlsson at the turn before the final straight. But at that very moment, Cologna fell, and Ohlsson thus won the bronze. In 2014, in Sochi, Olsson became the Olympic champion in the relay for the second time in his career, and also won a silver medal in the 15 km classic race.
He has participated in the World Championships 6 times since 2005. Ulsson won his first silver medal as part of the relay four at the 2011 World Championships in Holmenkollen. At the next championship in 2013, he became the world champion for the first time in the 50 km classic, and also won two silver medals in the relay and in the 15 km freestyle race. In 2015, in Falun, he became world champion for the second time, this time at a distance of 15 km freestyle, in addition, he won another silver in the relay and bronze in the 50 km classic mass start.
He made his World Cup debut on December 8, 2001. He has 5 individual victories and one in the relay. The best result in the overall Cup standings is 14th place in the 2008/09 and 2011/12 seasons.

Johan's wife is Swedish skier Anna Ohlsson (Dahlberg), Olympic champion in 2006.
