TMT V

On July 20, 2017 Novacap announced raising $840 million in capital for making investments in companies with revenues between $30 million and $300 million. The TMT V fund exceeded its initial fundraising target by 40%. The president and managing partner of Novacap, Pascal Tramblay, made the following statement regarding the TMT V fund:

We are delighted by the support we have received from our existing long-term investors and welcome several new international investors to the Fund. he closing of the Fund comes at a period of significant activity for Novacap, both in terms of new investments and add-on acquisitions. TMT V will continue to execute Novacap's core strategy of investing in established mid-sized TMT companies in Canada and the United States.
