New Bohemian Innovation Collaborative is a Cedar Rapids, IowaCedar Rapids, Iowa, non-profit functioning as a venture capital firm. Focused on geographic-based investment, NewBoCo strives to develop Iowa based startup companies and attract businesses to Iowa cities. The collobrative offers funding through accelerators, coworking space in Cedar Rapid's Geonetric Building, educational programs for entrepreneurs in Iowa, and hosts EntreFest, a multiday conference for Midwest startups. In September 2019, executive director Eric Engelmann annouced a $30 million Iowa Startup Accelerator fund with a goal to invest in 125 companies between 2020-2024.
