On April 7, 2015 NS1 announced raising $5.4 million in series A funding from Sigma Prime Ventures (lead investor), Flybridge (lead investor), Founder Collective, Entree Capital, Center Electric, Wayne Chang, Jeff Seibert, Alex Vayl, and Adrian Kunzle.
On September 27, 2016 NS1 announced raising $20 million in series B funding from Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners (lead investor), Two Sigma Ventures, Flybridge, Entree Capital, and Alex Vayl. The company also announced Jack Young from Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners will be joining their board of directors.
