Mission Operators Group, commonly known as MissionOG, is a venture capital firm founded in 2013. The firm was established by Andy Newcomb, Gene Lockhart, and George Krautzel. It is primarily based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, although it also has offices in New York City, New York. As of March 2019, the firm is managing 20 companies in its portfolio and has sold off its shares in 5 companies. Its most recent investment was in January 2019 for Featurespace, a company providing fraud protection services for its customers.

Funding

MissionOG primarily invests in technology-based companies offering business-to-business (B2B) services for various industry sectors, such as software-as-a-service (SaaS) and financial payments. The firm funds companies in various stages of development from early to growth. With its latest funding round in September 2018, the firm has managed to raise $108 million across three funding series since 2014. The September 2018 fund, named MissionOG Fund II, amassed a total of $61 million.
