Michael Patrick Carroll is founder and CEO of Atlanta-based Carroll real estate company, which focuses on multifamily properties, including acquisitions, property and asset management services, and fund management. As CEO, Carroll works with institutional investors, lenders, brokers, and on-site teams around the country.
At age 27, M Patrick Carroll invested early profits in a major development that he then sold, and purchased three property management companies—leaving him with a 20,000 unit property management business that spanned the continental United States
M Patrick Carroll is involved in a variety of philanthropy causes, including:

- Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay
- Member of industry affiliates
- Donator to more than 50 charities worldwide, with a focus on health, wellness, and early childhood development
