Melvin H. Evans

Melvin H. Evans (alias Melvin Herbert Evans) was a politician and diplomat born on August 7, 1917, in Christiansted, U.S. Virgin Islands. He held citizenship in the United States. As an adult, he pursued his education at Howard University.
