The Lorenz Lab develops and applies molecular scale simulation techniques to a variety of systems, spanning the disciplines of biology, biophysics, nanotechnology, pharmaceuticals, soft matter and polymer physics.
The lab is part of the Biological Physics & Soft Matter Group as well as the Theory & Simulation of Condensed Matter Group in the Department of Physics at King's College London. It is also an active member of the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Cross-Discisplinary Approaches to Non-Equilibrium Systems (CANES) at King's College London and the Thomas Young Centre, which is a virtual centre of materials modelling in London.
