Kurganinsk

Kurganinsk is located in the Krasnodar region. The city received this name because of the large number of ancient burial mounds. The city was founded in 1853. From the beginning it was a village Kurgannaya, in 1961 acquired the status of the city. But the city somehow does not pull, almost everywhere private sector with a kitchen garden. Kurganinsk is interesting for tourists. The town has a wonderful historical museum. By each New Year it opens an exhibition of Christmas toys of past years. Many exhibits (toys) I know from my childhood but they were crushed and have nothing left but memories, I think you can find old Christmas toys at home too. There are toys made of foil, papier mache, my child does not understand these toys at all. Considering the Christmas toys you can see our history. So for example the human space flight was represented by the toy-figure of the astronaut, and the movie "Carnival Night" was embodied in the toy clock.In Kurganinsk there is a house which all the locals called "Crystal Palace". It took 9 years and about 110,000 bottles to build this house. The first bottles the owner bought from neighbors, and then the villagers saw what the bottles were needed and began to give them themselves completely free.That's how the persistent efforts and help of the people one person made the dream of childhood a reality.

There is a beautiful historical monument in the city, the functioning Holy Ascension Church. This unique creation of architects, which is a treasure trove of cultural heritage of Kuban and all Russia.

Now just my opinion. For me this city is not of interest to move to a permanent place of residence.

There are very few places to work in the city. And also a big minus. There are several large enterprises - IE Nefedov (wholesale and retail), the food factory "Galan" and several other large enterprises, and the management in them is closely connected with each other, so if an employee is at fault somewhere in one enterprise, he is unlikely to find a normal job. Also these people keep the salary level low and stable, that is all about the same, and you can't find better and more.

Salaries are low even for the Krasnodar region.

Cultural life practically is not present (well that the cinema is, well "Royal" else dilutes a little)

In warm time, especially in summer, to live in the area of a poultry factory is simply terrors

The roads, if not in the center, are gravel.

The low level of medical care.
