Kitty Hawk has two products, which are both electric vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) vehicles: Heavyside and FlyerFlyer. Heavyside is an every day air taxi that can take off and land similarly to a helicopter, allowing a smaller landing pad space that would normally be needed for aviation devices. Unlike a helicopter, Heavyside is 100 times quieter, thus not causing noise disruption in suburban areas.
