Kigen is a Belfast-based company offering SIM, eSIM, and iSIM technologies. Kigen provides eSIM and remote SIM provisioning services to device manuafacturersmanufacturers to connect their products. Secure IC vendors, and module, and chipset providers, partner with the company to embed their eSIM technology for product connectivity.

eSIMs can be referred to as Embedded SIM, and are also known as eUICC, referring to the ability to store different profiles and remotely provision them. Users can build their SIMs, eSIMs, and iSIMs, with the company's compact and multi-application Java SIM, ESIM, and iSIM operating systems. Kigen also provides remote SIM positioning for M2M, consumer, and ioT devices.
