Kazan Aviation Plant. S.P. Gorbunova is a branch of Tupolev PJSC, the largest enterprise of the aircraft building complex in the Russian Federation. It originates from 1927. Since 2009, it has been part of the United Aircraft Corporation.

Over the years of its existence, the plant has produced 22 types of aviation equipment with a total number of more than 20 thousand, which include the world-famous Pe-2, Pe-8, Tu-16, Tu-104B, Tu-22MZ, Tu-160, Il-62M aircraft .
