John Frederick Lampe

John Frederick Lampe (1703-1751) was a German composer and writer from Saxony. He held the German nationality and was a well-known figure in the world of opera.

Apart from being a composer, Lampe also worked as a writer. He passed away on July 25, 1751, in Edinburgh.
