Jeffery Stevenson is the current chairman of access intelligence and a managing partner for Veronis Suhler Stevenson (VSS), a private investment firm with $3 billion of capital across seven funds, two in structured capital and four in equity. Stevenson has been involved with VSS since 1982, when the firm was new and only known as Veronis, Suhler & Associates.

Besides his significant work with VSS, Stevenson participates in not-for-profit financial committees for organizations such as Fraxa Research Foundation and serves Vencerx Therapeutics as its chairman of the board.

Stevenson is currently a director for Southern Theatres, Cambium Learning, Medizine, TMP Worldwide, ITN Networks, Market Strategies, User Friendly Phone Books, Infobase Publishing, Access Intelligence and Xtreme Information. He also serves on boards for Tax Credit Co., Metschools, BrandShop, Cast & Crew, Cambium Learning and Remedy Health.

Stevenson dedicates his time to organizations such as the Lincoln Center Leadership Committee, the SBIA Board of Governors and YPO/WPO.

He’s also been involved with Mediatel, De Telefoongids, Hanley Wood, Canon Communications, B&B Merger Corporation, Triax Southeast Associates, Hughes Broadcasting Partners, International Media Partners, Kansas Broadcasting Systems, PJS Publications, Cable Management Ireland, Spectrum Resources Towers, Broadcasting Partners Holdings, Triax Midwest Associates, Rifkin Acquisition Partners, Yellow Book USA, Pepcom, ITE Group, Birch Telecom, Centaur Communications, The Official Information Company, Vault.com, Ebiquity, and Advantstar Communications as a previous board member.

In 2005, Mr. Stevenson was responsible for the sales for VSS, including Hanley Wood, a construction industry media company that sold for $650 million.
1987
By 1987, he was managing its first private equity fund (raising $57 million), and by the early 2000s, its fourth (valued at close to $1 billion).
1982
Stevenson joined the investment firm Veronis, Suhler, and Associates (VS&A) after graduating from Rutgers University in 1982, starting on the ground floor in its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) division.
