Born in Cornwall, United Kingdom. At the beginning of his career, he worked in the auto industry. Later, Dow was a presenter in the first season of "Top Gear", his task was to show ordinary cars, as opposed to "supercars", which were presented by Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond. James May replaced Jason as the third host in the second season of "Top Gear".
Jason Doe is the author of a column in the Sunday Times newspaper where he writes about used cars. Along with Nick Trafford of the Sunday Times, he has also made many videos and radio broadcasts, as well as car reviews.
