Hindi Olympiad Foundation is an educational nonprofit organization registered by the government of Delhi, India. The aim of the foundation is to increase national respect for the Hindi language and have it taught to a greater number of students. The foundation organizes and hosts the International Hindi Olympiad, a competition that tests students' knowledge of the Hindi language. Students are placed in a class numbered from one to ten and are tested within these groups.
Hindi Olympiad Foundation lists its goals on its website. They include publishing various works relating to creating awareness of the Hindi language; establishing language centers, libraries, and schools focused on teaching the Hindi language; getting the Hindi language more internationally recognized; and more.
