Highway 12 Ventures is a venture capital and private equity firm investing in early-stage high-growth startup companies that is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and was founded in 2001. According to the firms LinkedIn (as of November 2019) they have approximately $100 million of assets under its management.
On July 26, 2011 Highway 12 Ventures announced that they will not be raising future venture capital funds. The co-founder and managing partner of Highway 12 Ventures, Mark Solon, made the following statements regarding the firms decision to cease raising venture capital:
