Gradient Ventures is an AI-focused venture fund that invests in and connects startups with Google’s resources, innovation, and technical leadership in artificial intelligence.
Gradient Ventures is owned by Google and in addition to making investments, brings its portfolio companies into the Google network. For example, Gradient brings in senior Google engineers who are participating in the 'Google Startup Rotation Programme', to the portfolio companies. These engineers bring their product expertise from Google and work with the portfolio company team (according to Gradient Ventures).
