GlobeSherpa was acquired by RideScout, a company owned by Daimler. The two brands merged into a single company, Moovel. Moovel's capabilitites rely on GlobeSherpa's transit platform, and allows users to hail a Lyft ride or reserve a car2go within the TriMetTriMet app. Moovel treats transportation as if it is an ecosystem with interconnected modes across a city.
