Galaxy Investment operates four distinct business lines. Trading, which includes arbitrage, macro trading and market making. Asset Management, which includes management of external capital across passive and ecosystem funds. Principal Investing, which includes investing of private equity and public equity, venture investing, ICO investments, Pre-ICO investments, and liquid and illiquid cryptocurrencies. Advisory, which includes merger and acquisition and restructuring and technical consulting for both startups and established institutions.
Galaxy Investment partners was founded by CEO and Chairman Michael Novogratz.
