Fonds de solidarité FTQ is a venture capital firm founded in 1983. The firm is primarily based in Montreal, Canada although it also has an office in Quebec, Canada. It was created to aid Quebec’s economic growth by creating jobs through investing in small and medium-sized businesses. Its most recent investment was in Hortau on February 2019, a company developing irrigation management technology for agricultural purposes.

It provides funding for companies at various stages of development, from early venture to leveraged management buyouts. It also seeks to finance companies on diverse industry sectors, with some examples being pulp and paper, telecommunications, and biopharmaceuticals.
