Product

The company has Toggle MRAM products, Spin-Transfer Torque MRAM products, and nvNITRO products. The Toggle MRAM uses a transistor and a magnetic tunnel junction in order to create a product which stores a large amount of data. The Spin-Transfer Torque product uses a spin torque transfer property and reduces the switching of energy compared to the aforementioned product. It allows for higher-density memory products.

The nvNITRO products can be utilized with enterprise software and storage systems. It also uses Spin-Transfer Torque technology and can be useful in situations such as system power loss or interruption.
