EverlyWell’s tests are centered on women’s health, sexual health, thyroid, metabolism, food sensitivity, men’s health and breast milk DHA testing
The company was founded by Julia Taylor Cheek in 2015. In 2016, the company headquarters moved to Austin. In November, 2017, founder and CEO of EverlyWell had appeared on the ABC reality show Shark Tank. Lori Greiner offered the company a $1 million line of credit at 8% interest rate for a 5% equity stake which made it the largest deal for a female entrepreneur on Shark Tank.
EverlyWell partnered with Helix, a personal genomics company to launch three DNA-based products which personalized information about food sensitivity, metabolism and breast milk DHA.
EverlyWell raised $2.5 million in their angel and seed round. They raised $2 million in a round led by Next Gen Venture Partners with Jack Novak, SoGal Ventures, Full Tilt Capital.
